Bling-a -ding-ding! I went a little crazy with the sparkle on this card, but it was worth it. I really love all the shiny elements.
I jumped back into my scrap pile for this card. The wish jar image is from Unity Stamp Co. I had actually stamped and colored this image months ago when playing with some water color mediums. I really wanted to use this image in a card. I love the blue background in the jar. The stars really shine with the darker background. I popped the image up with some Scott's foam tape.
The gold glitter stars are from Recollections and came in a strip all together. I cut them apart and added them to the background. Then I added some blue sequins with Tombow clear glue. I then added a gold rhinestone on top of the sequins. Lastly, I went around the card with some Tip Top Taupe ink by Stampin' Up with a blending tool. It helps to pull the eyes into the focal image.
Shiny and bright.....
