Today's card is celebrating summer.
I created the background with a stamp from Watercolor Wings (Stampin' Up) and Hero Arts layering stamp set. I bought the stamp set last year. I stamped a bunch of flowers out when I first got the stamp set to practice but then never used them in a project. I decided to fussy cut out a few of the best ones and adhered them onto the card. The middle flower I popped up with a couple of foam dots.
All the inks used are by Stampin' Up in the following colors:
- Pink Pirotte, Blushing Bride and Watermelon Wonder for the flowers
- Pear Pizzazz and Cucumber Crush for the leaves
- Wistera Wonder for the dots
I will say that you have to practice with the layering stamps, but they are fun.
